Designed and facilitated Developing Potential For Success Group, First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, WA. “I liked everything about the workshop. A lot of sharing, interaction—topics were great and challenging. Members shared and shaped the discussion and not a lecture format.”

Designed a Creativity & Innovation Workshop with follow-on Group composed of Boeing manufacturing engineers and their manager for over 18 months in the Everett factory. Volunteered and facilitated mediation sessions as a Boeing Resolution Advocate for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program at Boeing. “The mediation participants always spoke very highly of you and your mediation skills, both of which often brought about resolution to the issues in dispute.” — Majorie Wooten, ADR Program Manager

Designed and facilitated mediation/conflict resolution processes and strategies that enabled diverse Boeing factory employees and managers to resolve their differences and learn to work as a team.

Designed and facilitated Interactive Team Building Workshops for Boeing’s Lean/JIT Manufacturing and their support cells that encouraged dialogue with management and employees on leadership styles, organization structure and communication. The teams included airplane mechanics, tooling, industrial and manufacturing engineers, quality inspectors and managers. “The teams were able to organize and be effective in an ever changing and dynamic environment.” — Lean Manufacturing Manager

Developed and facilitated the SIDS Foundation of Washington Board Retreat with 30 members. “I have heard nothing but wonderful feedback since the September 18th retreat. Facilitated a three hour Stress Management Workshop for the Harborview Medical Center administrative and emergency room staff. “It was very enjoyable and gave us tools to deal with our high stress environment on a daily basis.” — Director, Organization Development & Training

Designed and implemented a company-wide Stress Management Workshop for Boeing during the late 80’s when many people were working mandatory overtime. Factory workers to executives attended five weekly sessions after hours.

Designed and facilitated a Coping in a World of Uncertainty Workshop to help Boeing employees faced with being downsized recognize their anger and develop action plans for a new job.
