Leadership and Creativity is offered in a group setting for one to one and a half hours a week to managers who are interested in experiencing interpersonal and group dynamic interactions. The leadership group process is highly participative and has the potential to create a safe environment for developing trust, understanding and strengthening within a management team. Members are involved in establishing the agenda and ground rules.
The group interaction can be powerful as it draws on the energy and potential of each member forming synergistically as a team. A phenomenon can occur when the group connection is made.
Facilitator/Consultant: Sandra Michaels, Organization Development Consultant has designed and conducted workshops and small groups for 15 years in conjunction with a business career. Masters in Counseling from Eastern Washington University and BA in Business Administration from University of Puget Sound.
